This winter has been something else! Recently our house’s main drain pipe became clogged and 6″ of water quickly backed up in the basement. The water was getting higher by the minute and all basement carpet was threatened. Within 20 minutes Premier’s plumbing team was there. They pumped out the basement water; inserted a drainage camera device in the system; located and unplugged the stoppage some 25 feet away. Treatment will soon begin to eliminate future tree root problems. Kudos to the two plumbers.
